The Woodsville

The Woodsville is a low-density residential development at 18 Hung Shun Road, Yuen Long. The project is designed to integrate the built and natural environments. Hip Hing’s project team was committed to preserve a 60-year-old small-leaved banyan tree with a crown spread of approximately 20 metres. The tree native to the site was carefully protected during the construction process of site formation, basement and superstructure. The project comprised the foundation works, ELS for basement car park, eleven 4-storey apartment blocks and 29 blocks of 3-storey houses providing 236 units, as well as clubhouse and landscaping.
