Previous Project Next Project

Situated at the Kwai Chung Container Terminal, ATL Logistics Centre is the world's first and largest intelligent multi-storey drive-in cargo logistics centre. It comprises two container freight stations, a six-storey Cargo Centre A and a 12-storey Cargo Centre B, providing over 6 million sq.ft. leasable floor area to customers for conducting cargo storage, handling and distribution business. Construction of the project was divided into five phases of development. The first two phases took place from 1988 to 1992 while the last three phases took place from 1990 to 1994. The most remarkable feature is the maximum of 16 metres high ground floor clearance limit that allows for storage of up to four levels of containers one on top of the other. Multi-lane vehicle ramps throughout the levels provide rapid access for container trucks and close to 3,000 vehicles can be parked in each structure at any given time.
