One Bay East

Facing the Kwun Tong Promenade, One Bay East is a 21-storey twin tower Grade A office development with a retail podium, a sky garden with an area over 10,000 sq ft and two levels of basement car park. A low-e double glazed curtain wall system was deployed to help the development reduce heat absorption and minimise indoor energy consumption.
