Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (A&A Works at Block D & Redevelopment of Block E)

Commenced in 2012, this project is the second collaboration between Hip Hing and the Hong Kong Baptist Hospital following the completion of the Au Shue Hung Health Centre in 2008. The scope of this project comprised two parts: the redevelopment of Block E with a new 2-level basement and 10-storey building, together with roof and upper roof plant rooms; and A&A works at the existing Block D Building at 5/F, 6/F, R/F, UR/F and inter-connection with the new Block E. The redeveloped Block E provides a spacious environment for over one hundred additional beds and the expansion of the heart centre, intensive care unit and the pathology and radiology departments.
