The Morgan

The Morgan is a luxurious residential development at 31 Conduit Road. Construction works included the construction of a 27-storey residential tower comprising a 4-storey podium with car park and a 1-storey of clubhouse. Since the site was located in the densely populated Mid-levels district, the project team embarked on careful and detailed planning of the logistical arrangements for the delivery of construction materials, in order to minimize the disruption to residents nearby.
