Located at Yuen Long Industrial Estate, Vogue Laundry Service Factory is a 6-storey building with a gross floor area of 31,035 square meters, comprising office space, storage rooms, laundry plant rooms, a loading and unloading facility and a car park.

Despite the tight construction programme, our project team completed the project on time and within 13 months. A high degree of communication and collaboration between our project team and the various stakeholders was the key to project success. In addition to overcoming engineering challenges, we are also committed to the site safety challenges. For instance, the project team paid special attention to areas where there was a 12m floor to ceiling height and developed and implemented all-rounded safety measures to ensure work safety.
