Kwai Tsui Estate is located at Kwai Yi Road in Kwai Chung and was previously the site of the Kwai Chung Police Married Quarters. The new Kwai Tsui Estate comprises two nonstandard design residential blocks of 23 and 24 storeys, which provide a total of 866 public rental flats. Recreational spaces and landscaped areas are integrated into a three-storey podium, providing a comfortable living environment for the residents.
The building has achieved the Provisional Platinum rating under HKGBC BEAM Plus New Building V1.2.
