South Island Place is a commercial development situated at 8-10 Wong Chuk Hang Road. The 28-storey tower also features a three-level basement car park, 3/F landscaped garden and a roof garden. The fair-faced concrete interiors at the lift lobby have been made a feature, giving an aesthetic appeal to the building.
The project has achieved a Provisional Gold rating under the Hong Kong Green Building Council's BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2.
