1001 King's Road

Situated in Quarry Bay, 1001 King's Road is a 22-storey Ginza-styled commercial tower, with a two-level basement. The congested site area and the busy traffic in King’s road presented significant challenges. To cope with the issues, the project team adopted strategic and detailed planning prior to operation, to secure seamless logistics flow. It also implemented a variety of green measures to minimize the impact to the surrounding environment.
