Project of Public Rental Housing Development at Queen's Hill Site 1 Phase 1 and portion of Phase 6

Queen’s Hill Estate is located at Lung Ma Road in Fanling and was previously the site of Queen's Hill Camp. The scope of this project comprises the construction of one 42-storey and four 41-storey domestic blocks, one 4-storey retail facilities, semi-basement carpark, one pedestrian footbridge, external works and main access road (portion of Phase 6).
