The Orchards comprises two 40-storey residential towers providing a total of 432 domestic units, which sit on top of a three-storey podium that accommodates the clubhouse, residential facilities, and carparking. This was one of the first residential projects to incorporate green initiatives such as water and energy saving systems and sky gardens.
