職責
- Handling employees’ compensation claims, from information collection, completion of statutory forms and subsequent follow up
- Undertaking initial review and evaluation of claims and claims documents, verifying coverage and ensuring compliance of insurance policies
- Communicating and liaising with project team (and where appropriate, with sub-contractor and injured worker), brokers, insurers, health care service providers, etc
- Early detection of problematic claims and propose solution
- Assist in preparing management reports and statistics
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Ensure all claims are processed effectively
要求
- Post-secondary education with minimum 5 years’ experience in construction EC claims handling; or
- Possess a Diploma or Degree or professional insurance qualifications in ANZII or ACII or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 3 years of claims handling experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Self-initiative, capable to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to details and quality
- Able to work as team player and collaborate with all departments.
- Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
