助理經理(人力資源)

職責

  • Monitor monthly payroll and daily operation of C&B;
  • Analyze HR-related statistics and provide actionable insights for management;
  • Maintain and monitor HR system (PeopleSoft);
  • Coordinate annual salary review/promotion/bonus/appraisal exercise; Compile management reports;
  • Collaborate proactively with departments and project team on staffing issues, manpower planning and deployment;
  • Provide support on employee relations initiatives and staff engagement activities;
  • Work closely with project team on labour dispute cases and staff issues;
  • Assist in policies/procedures review and implementation as well as ensure compliance with the applicable laws and corporate requirements;
  • Ensure full compliance with HK employment and related legislations;
  • Taking up ad hoc projects and assignments.

要求

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years’ experience in sizeable organisations, with 2-3 years’ experience in Assistant Manager role is preferable;
  • Previous experience in construction related industry / consultant is preferred;
  • Conversant with HK employment related ordinances and employment practices;
  • Active team player with cheerful personality, proactive, energetic, able to think out of box;
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, able to draft high standard HR policies and procedures;
  • Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS project management/enhancement would be an advantage.
