Sub-Contractor Management Seminar
Sub-Contractor Management Seminar was held at the YMCA Salisbury TST Hotel on the 7th September. The main theme of the seminar is “Opening up more opportunities through better communication and collaboration”. Hip Hing invited sub-contractors to join a candid and two-way conversation, aiming to strength construction safety and quality, as well as to optimise business partnership. Over 200 sub-contractor representatives attended the seminar.
After a keynote speech delivered by Mr. Chu Tat-chi, Executive Director of Hip Hing Construction, sub-contractor representatives took the lead to express their views on topics like safety measures, labor shortage and the communication between business partners.
In the discussion session, senior management of Hip Hing interacted with seminar attendees to discuss on how to overcome the challenges faced by the construction industry, methods to enhance communications between contractor and sub-contractors, and ways to improve construction safety and quality.
