The Austin is a luxury residential development integrated with the MTR Austin Station. The development comprises four blocks of 23 to 27-storey residential towers providing 574 units; a one-storey clubhouse; a landscape garden at G/F and podium level and a 2-storey basement carpark. The scope of this project also included modification of existing Austin Station at G/F and 1/F.
This project received the Caring Construction Site Award Scheme 2013 - Diamond Award from the Occupational Safety & Health Council.
