Rhythm Garden is a Housing Authority Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) project. The scope of works included demolition of existing buildings, construction of 12 residential towers ranging in height from 22 to 30 storeys and a seven-storey auxiliary block for carpark, shops and government accommodations.
